Everyday we are bombarded with new information of how foods that were recommended to us now causes us cancer and fat problems. Whether it be fake gluten-filled ” Whole hearty wheat” bread, and even e coli filled produces. Thank god there still are farmers, producers, and distributors that actually do care and traditionally guard their ethical routine of taking care of live stocks, and rich soiled fields of fruits and seeds to make living a lot healthier and happier. Here are some of the foods i find to be very tasty, energizing at first bite, and fulfilling without the unwanted chemicals and muffin top inducing fats, and yet health and beauty provoking.

Top restaurant chefs make it their priority to avoid ground antibiotic-fed red beefs, Mercury ridden fish, and other unhealthy animal meat. However grass fed happy animals is a must on the special menu! Believe it or not the energy of a well lived meat is converted towards the consumer as a poorly treated unhealthy chickens can too. Food critics had interviewed chefs and customer and they all profess to these statements as well. It makes sense. Reporters announce our cows are so contaminated with Antibiotic- Resistant Bacterias that is even hopeless as well as useless to even feeding these beefs antibiotics. When these unhealthy remains are cooked and eaten one will not be well. When a person eats a well fed vegan meat, they also eat the good minerals and earthy elements that had been broken down by good animals, without all that other synthetic antibiotic junk, and bacteria. That person is eating healthy.
I like to cook my Rainbow quinoa is a stone pot
Rainbow Quinoa is a wonderful seed grain rich in magnesium, minerals, fiber and iron. Wash in bowl thoroughly until there are no foams, and make sure quinoa does not float. I always rinse it 12 times to make sure and see that the water runs clear and not ruddy. Fili with equal amount of water to however much of quinoa you’d like to cook. It only takes 20 minutes. It really tastes like minerals and It is so fluffy and good by itself or better yet paired with fresh lamb meat, or chicken, Hummus, onion, and Feta cheese.
As for Seasoning for meats and salad here are my families choices
Salad coated lightly with Raw Virgin Unfiltered Olive oil or La Nogalera Walnut oil paired with Pink Himalayan salt makes for a mind blowing delicious dressing.

For a Non-carb healthy sweet tooth satisfying desert we got more than a couple of choices. Here are my picks. Honey and Figs are my all time fave. In my opinion its natures cake! It is So sweet and feels like you really are biting into a sweet pastry cake. Figs and Honey is a true glazed delicacy. Apples and cherries are perfectly tart and sweet best to be eaten at its natural raw state. Estate grown Wee Bee honey can be found at Whole Foods. I like the fact it comes in a glass jar container.
Non-fat Granola Greek Yogurt is good as a light snack throughout the day
I just simply add dark chocolate covered hemp seeds and from the fields cereal Honey cashew vanilla granola into my Trader Joes Non fat blueberry Greek Yogurt
